About Payment:

We can accept accept Trade Assurance, T/T, Western Union and Paypal payment.  Payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before the shipment.

Shipment:

We always delivery by DHL,Fedex,UPS, or EMS, We will let you receive your goods as soon as possible. 

1. The import taxes is excluded, please make sure you will pay taxes yourself. 

2. Order processed timely after the payment verification.

3. Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday reason.

4. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment date, please contact with us before any other actions. We will do our best to offer you the information of the package for customer satisfaction. 

Return and warranty

1. If the goods have the quality problem or wrong model, please return to us within 7 days and protect the product package.

 If the goods haven't any quality problem within 30 days, then the product will into warranty.

2. All items provide 12 months warranty,  during the time, we provide free repair . The warranty does not cover  service or replacements  made by  the  human damage, physical damage, water. For out of range of warranty, we do not provide free maintenance. And  when the buyer return for warranty, the buyer need to pay all costs.
